Mr. Salm focuses on the sourcing and financial analysis of potential acquisitions and deal negotiations as well as legal and financial due diligence for the Company. An industry leader in successful deal closings, he has negotiated over 100 catalog acquisitions for Alchemy related entities since 2006. From 2000 to 2003 he was the key North American Business Development Manager for IBM’s Digital Music Group, focusing on music anti-piracy technology development. In 2003, Mr. Salm developed a music royalty financing program called Fast Forward Financing™. As part of that role, he created music royalty valuation models to help predict future income streams as well as analyzed publishing revenues across all musical genres. Prior to joining Anthem Group, Mr. Salm provided copyright valuations and music publishing mergers & acquisitions consulting services. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business.
